Projects

As Writer, Co-Director and Editor, I had a great opportunity to try out shooting ideas that were challenging to implement.  Leading our small, excellent crew through this was an excellent learning experience. ‘Sock Gremlins’ is still in audio post-production, but you can check out the BTS here. 

My experience as Editor on this short film strengthened my collaboration & storytelling skills. I was not on set for filming, so I worked closely with the director to help them realize their vision for this story. 

For ‘Complex Living’, I served as both the Director and on-screen as the Interviewer. This film opened my eyes to how fun and challenging it is to make a documentary and work with non-fiction. It is a true test to tell a true story in a way that both entertains and educates.

This film was one of my first significant productions, and I played the roles of Writer, Director, and Editor.  Challenges included having $0 budget, working in the hot Florida sun, and demanding deadlines.  Even so, we had a lot of fun mashing up our skills to bring this to life
